Something that will only make sense to [info]dgr8bob and [info]ravenword... the chorus of Chanson du Bon Chose always sounds like it's describing voting up stories about the former Brandeis sysadmin on a social news site.

Also, when I saw the album cover on Pandora, I thought it said "Nine Black Puppies". Was very disappointed to find I was mistaken.

I've always thought the song was about a woman having a miscarriage, which would be pretty dark for an album called "Nine Black Puppies."

I suspect the intersection between Mountain Goats fans hardcore enough to recall the lyrics to the chorus of Chanson du Bon Chose, Graves fans, and Diggers is zero.

Yes yes, and I continually regret all that time that I browsed but never signed up!

Our UIDs are similar, if you takes your x10. But I'll bet we both have "excellent" karma!
